The most time consuming steps of cleaning out the entire car are taking out the seat covers and putting them back on. Before you even start removing the seat covers, make sure you've allocated enough time for this process. If you have not taking out car seat covers in the past, you may find that this is quite challenging and frustrating. Take you're time when you're removing the seat covers. The removal of the front seat covers and the back seat covers are very similar. On this page I will only show you how to remove the back seat covers.
Here are the steps to remove the a 2004 Toyota Camry back seat covers:
Step 1: The back seats have metal plates that need to be removed. Use a pair of needle nose pliers to take off the copper rings. More steps on how to remove the copper rings will be shown in the steps below. You'll need to remove all of the rings, so turn on your background music and let's begin.

Step 2: The bottom of the back seats contains the more copper rings than any other seats. Be prepared to spend at least 30 - 40 minutes on just removing the rings off the bottom of the back seats. Prepare your working are so you could start removing the copper rings. A couple of clean cardboard will work just fine. Also, have a container for storing the copper rings. 
Step 3: Pull out the two plastic retainers from the bottom of the back seats. They could be tough to be removed. Take a close look off how they fit in place, so you could see how to remove them. 
Step 4: Here's a view of how the plastic retainer held in place.
Step 5: Using a pair of needle nose pliers, grab and twist off one copper ring at a time.
Step 6: When you twist off the copper rings they will get deformed. You will needs to reuse all of the coppers rings, so bend each one back into ready-to-use shape just like the picture below.
Step 7: Continue to remove all of the rings until you have all of them pulled out. Here are some more pictures. Remove the copper rings from the outside edges.

Seat covers removed. 
Step 8: Use your favorite fabric disinfectant spray to kill any odor causing bacteria that may be living in the foam. Spray the foam liberty with the disinfectant spray. Then dry the foam in the sun to help dry and eliminate the remaining odors.
Step 9: Wash and dry the seat covers, and don't for get to use dryer sheets for freshness.
When you're ready to put the seat covers back on, just follow the reverse steps. You may need more than 30 - 40 minutes to put bottom of the back seat covers back on.
