The steps to removal all four doors trim are similar, so I'm going to show you just the one door trim removal.

Here are the steps to remove the front passenger's door trim.

Step 1: You may need a clean flat head screw driver to prop one side of the door trim.

Step 2: Prop the back end of the door trim first. The back end has more intricate fittings than the front end. If you remove the front end first, you have to much leverage in breaking the fittings in the back.

Step 3: Once the back end is propped open, you could just pull out the door trim to release from the plastic pin fasteners. Make note that there is a bundle of wires running along the edge. It has its own plastic fasteners to hold it in place, which will need to be removed when you're ready to take out the carpet.

To reinstall the door trim just line up the pin fasteners to the respective holes, the push straight down.
